Voya is a vacation and time-off planner that helps you see your whole year, find bridge days, and plan around holidays. We built Voya to be private by design. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
Your vacation days, overtime and balances, calendars you create, events, and your settings are stored locally on your device. This information is not sent to us and is not synced to any server we operate. Removing the app removes this data.
If you choose to connect a calendar, Voya uses the provider's official, read-only sign-in:
Calendar events are retrieved to your device to display alongside your plans. They are not transmitted to us. You can disconnect a calendar at any time in the app.
Voya displays ads using Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect information such as device identifiers and app usage. This processing is governed by Google's policies — see How Google uses information and the AdMob documentation. You can limit ad personalization in your device's privacy settings.
Voya's AI feature builds a ready-to-use text prompt on your device that you can copy into the AI assistant of your choice. Voya does not send your data to any AI service. If you paste the prompt into another app, that app's own privacy policy applies.
Voya is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because your data lives on your device, you stay in control: disconnect calendars, clear your plans, or uninstall the app to remove everything. For any questions or requests, contact us below.
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
